As a seller you agree not to post, and as a buyer you agree not to buy any items of this kind. That being said, CheaperByTheDay.com accepts no responsibility, and makes no guarantees that these types of items are not up for sale on the Site. When these items come to our attention, appropriate action will be taken according to our discretion. Such action may include, but is not limited to: Deleting the item, banning the user from the site, imposing a fine, taking legal action, or taking no action at all. As a user, you agree not to hold CheaperByTheDay.com responsible for other users' actions or inactions, including the things they post. CheaperByTheDay.com is only a venue, and we are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. We cannot and do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listings, nor the ability or inability of sellers to sell, or of buyers to buy. We do not transfer legal ownership of items, and we are not liable for any loss of money, goodwill, reputation, or any damages arising out of the use of the Site.
CheaperByTheDay.com makes no guarantees that the site will be fully functional at all times, and may experience downtimes or crashes. At such times, you agree not to hold CheaperByTheDay.com accountable for any personal loss of time, money, or hassle.
You agree not to copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute content on or from the Site, nor harm CheaperByTheDay.com or the interests and/or property of its users.
You will not post any vulgar and abusive language, or false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content in any of your listings or communications with or about other users.
You agree to list only single, saleable items in any one listing on the Site for the full value of the item, and not as a consigned, minimum down, percentage based conditional or advertisement.
You certify that you are able to form a legally binding contract, and that you will not fail to deliver payment for items purchased by you (unless the items description was misleading and/or you cannot authenticate the sellers' identity), or to deliver items purchased from you (unless the buyer fails to meet their terms and/or you cannot authenticate the buyer's identity).
You agree not to register multiple times for the purpose of defrauding the Site and/or its users.
